Vibration Technologies.

    The suggested technologies are based on the universal process control method by using contact and noncontact electromagnetic field action with set-up parameters.
    The essential advantage of this method is the possibility to process a large volume of substance and surface within a short period of time with minimal energy consumption. It is exactly this fact that determines the highest economic efficiency of the technologies and the possibility of their implementation in any production capacity.
    The electromagnetic field exposure is harmless for human health.
     This method enables to control the vitality of microbiologic specimens, to deter the pathogenic microflora development, to regulate chemical processes, to influence beneficially the activity of plant and animal cells.


Agriculture.

    1. Agronomy :
    The technology suggested for use in agronomy does not break the generally applicable plan of agro-engineering measures. Its application would increase the production profitability due to the following factors:
    - seed grain savings, including those due to increased germinating ability and vigor of seeds;
    - the two-fold reduction of costs for mineral fertilizers within the first year and the three-fold one in subsequent years;
    - the reduction of costs to the purchase of preparation for combating diseases by at least 40%;
    - the reduction of costs to the purchase of preparations for pest control by at least 20%;
    - the containment of the hazardous microorganisms and pests development in soil and on all kinds of agricultural plants (both in root and herb system).
    The employment of this technology increases the yield of agricultural crop capacity by 30-80 % depending on a kind of crop and specific conditions of a concrete farm.
     The technology ensures the acceleration of the root formation and soil loosening. In summer there are no cracks on soil, its surface and root system are not overheated. So, the vegetation period is reduced by 7-15 days and the rate of seeding for spring corps may be decreased by 20 % due to high germinability, increased vigor and tillering. In winter the quality of winter crop hibernation is improved owing to the extensive root system, thus, enabling also to reduce the rate of seeding by 10-15%. In risky farming areas the above mentioned factors serve to moisture conservation in soil. This technology is effective for gardening, racemation and vegetable growing in the open ground and greenhouse complexes.
    The employment of this technology and organic biofertilizers facilitate the effective soil fertility recovery within one or two seasons and further the growing of ecologically clean products thereon.


    2. Animal Breeding, Poultry Husbandry :
    This technology enables to increase the effectiveness of the meat, milk, eggs production and reduces expenses by 20-30%.
    While using this technology :
    - feed toxicity is liquidated, the quantity of used premix is reduced by 30% or more, the application of hormonal preparations is fully excluded;
    - gastrointestinal problems disappear;
    - the feed digestion by organisms of animals and birds is improved;
    - the quantity of veterinary preparations is decreased by 50 - 90%;
    - the mortality and rejection of animals and birds in different age categories decreases two-fold or more;
    - such diseases of animals as leucosis, tuberculosis, endometriosis, rhinitis will be first reduced and will further disappear;
    - after the incubator treatment the mortality of chickens reduces and their viability increases;
    - the treatment of laying hens extends the egg-laying capacity up to a month by increasing it by at least 10%;
    - under treatment the contents of ammonia in ambient air is reduced at least two-fold, hence, the eggshell strength is considerably increased and the state of a hen is improved ;
    - the daily live-weight gain is increased in animal beef breed and poultry breed as well as milk yield of cattle.
    - Under treatment of rooms and premises, water and fodder such hazardous pathogenic agents as salmonella, staphylococcus and others are devitalized.
    In the course of this technology implementation there shall be carried out:
    - the delivery of veterinary preparations based on extracts of larch, fir and any other substances;
    - the disinfection of premises to exterminate harmful microorganisms, pathogenic agents, mycelial fungi, to reduce the contents of ammonia in ambient air (such disinfection is performed remotely without the removal of animals and poultry from premises);
    - the decontamination of fodder and water to reduce the mortality, disease incidence and rejection, to improve feed nutrition, hence, to increase the daily body-weight increase.
    The technology employment throughout the total scope of the production will result in obtaining inexpensive high-quality ecologically pure products. This technology includes no application of any chemicals, hormonal preparations, preservative agents etc.


    3. Sugar Manufacture :
    The growing of sugar beet under this new technology enables to reduce by 50-100% the use of conventional chemicals for protection against diseases and pests in the vegetation period; to gain high-quality crop with sugar content higher by at least 1.5 - 2 units with the increase in the cropping capacity by at least 30 % ; the reduction of costs for its growing by about 30-50 % or more.
    There are also achieved the preservation, the reduction of beet weight loss at beet reception depots and the improvement of quality indicators of sugar beet before its processing.


    4. Product Storage :
    We have elaborated and have been using a cost-effective complex technology, which ensures the extension of storage time for farming products. Its employment enables to reduce losses during the storage of root crops, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and milk by at least 80%. The storage life for products without their quality deterioration may be extended several-fold and that is quite urgent for fresh fish, meat products and full-cream milk.
    This technology makes it possible to preserve perishable products for quite a long time during their storage and transportation without using any chemical agents.
    Such effect is achieved due to complex remote low-power electromagnetic field exposure against breakdown and spoilage of foodstuffs by microorganisms.


    5. Vegetable and fruit drying :
    The conventional drying of vegetables and fruit entails the depletion of nutrients up to 50-60 % as under heating nutrients are removed from a cell together with moisture. The best sublimation dryers cause the depletion of nutrients by 25-30 % .
    The suggested drying method is based on a low-frequency bioresonance phenomenon, which supposedly results in the separation of water inside a cell into oxygen + hydrogen. In this case gases but are removed without liquids from a cell and the depletion of nutrients is 2-3 %. In the course of such bioresonance action fruit and vegetables are cleared from nitrates, toxins and other chemical impurities. The rate of drying increases by 30-40 %.
    The initial quantity of products prepared for drying may vary from 1 t to 100 t and the drying may take from 12 hours to 5 days.


    6. Forestry :
    1. The acceleration (by 2-3 times) of growing of coniferous planting stock and valued medicinal herbs and plants.
    2. High-effective low-temperature drying of wood (board, beam, log), after which wood does not absorb moisture, does neither decay nor shrink.
    3. The impregnation of wood with bishofite (magnesium chloride) to the depth of up to 10 mm, after which wood obtains the 1st-degree fire retardant effectiveness and ageing resistance.

    7. Ecology :
    1. Biopurification of sewage with decreasing the bacterial pollution by 10-15 thousand times.
    2. Deep processing of oil sludge waste and acid sludge, contaminated soil remediation.
    3. Waste-free poultry dung processing and the production of high-quality organic fertilizer and ecologically pure feed additive with protein content up to 30%.


    8. Pharmacy and Medicine :
    1. Low-temperature (to 40 degrees) manufacture of natural (native) substances from coniferous, hardwood trees and medicinal herbs with high content of active agents.
